Top-Notch Customer Service and Products

There seems to be a running theme of initial skepticism upon discovering the storefront online. However, that skepticism was quickly erased by what Max and his store represent and that is top-notch customer service and products. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate when looking for either new or used custom built pc's and pc products. The chat feature on the website was amazing because of how responsive Max was in answering all of my questions and how knowledgeable he was about pc's in general and the particular build (sff) I was interested in. He was also very honest about the necessity of a potential psu and motherboard upgrade I was interested in. He was correct that I did not need the upgrades but I ultimately wanted them anyway and he was very accommodating in making them happen quickly to coincide with the shipping of my pc. Once my psu arrived (weather related shipping delays), my finished pc shipping was very fast and packed surprisingly well with care. The pc parts/specs were exactly as advertised! The only negatives I can think of were caused by the shipping process (a couple of damaged case panel fasteners and an unseated motherboard riser cable) which Max was as always extremely responsive and helpful in replacing my damaged panels and helping me diagnose the loose riser cable. I can't say enough great things about Max, the store, the quality of his work, the products offered and the overall experience. I highly recommend purchasing from Max and hope to do so again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Amazing. Exactly as described. Computer was very nice with no real signs of use. Would purchase from MBPC again. I have enjoyed my Legion Go so far for PC games such as Diablo 4 and World of Warcraft Classic smoothly.
