bought an Ally Rog, and received it as advertised free of any of the usual defects. Shipping was prompt. item was package very secure, (which would have added to their shipping costs) communication was prompt and very detailed. During a pause in online orders, I emailed the shop and Max was not only kind enough to respond but he also sent me a direct link to complete the purchase to secure part.
