Worth noting that while what really shines through is the service, I could not have built my build for any cheaper than was offered. No brainer.

Reached out to support, timely delivery, all hardware as stated, perfectly packaged for protection.

It took me longer unpack the entire pc from its protectants than setting it up, there was no issue or damage with any of the hardware after delivery. All connections were done well and no issue from delivery, cable management done well too.

I did reach out to support and got a very quick response, it was about when delivery would start. Misread description but after purchase, it took another 24hrs before the pc was sent to UPS for delivery as they stress tested the pc to ship in working order. Afterwards it arrived quickly, I did do express shipping. Very satisfied with the PC and will definitely come here first for any future hardware or prebuilts.

I purchased the RTX 5090, Ryzen 9800X3D, 4TB NVMe SSD, 64GB DDR5, Custom White Liquid Cooled Gaming PC prebuilt. Every component listed was the same as received and performs as you’d expect, did not receive anything faulty. No regret with my purchase!

Purchased a used SN850X 4TB NVME SSD from this site, ran it through the usual checks and it was perfect. 100% health, minimal writes/reads, transfer speeds high as reported for the product, and is working well!

I had a great experience with MBPC from start to finish. When they found out the 5090 GPU I ordered was unavailable, they proactively reached out and clearly laid out four different resolution options instead of leaving me guessing. Communication was prompt, transparent, and genuinely helpful.

I chose to swap my 5090 and also asked about upgrading my motherboard and moving to a specific 1300w PSU. MBPC confirmed the compatibility, quoted me for the upgrade I wanted, gave me a free motherboard upgrade for any inconveniences and only proceeded after getting my approval. No pressure, no surprises.

What really stood out was the support after the hardware decisions and payment were done. They provided clear setup advice, answered my many questions, and even walked me through fan and pump control along with case pressure recommendations. That level of detail shows they actually care about customers after purchasing, not just selling parts.

Bought a 7900xt and arrived quickly and safely! The card had some temp issues, but upon further research, it seems to be a super common issue with that model itself and required small tweaks on my end to fix it. Overall super happy with my experience with MBPC and would gladly pick something up from them in the future!

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, was very gracious about extending the return period, BUT also gave me the necessary info to find the correct power cable. Card is working great. I do think the lack of cable should've been made clearer in the original listing (as well as the info to get the cable), hence 4 out of 5 stars, but the effort to correct the issue was exceptional. I will definitely purchase from here again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have no idea if the graphic card works, because it was sent without the necessary power cord to get it working. The 12 pin connector seems quite rare, and I'm having a rough time finding a matching cable. So, technically I just bought the *card* so I got what I paid for, but not sending a power cable along seems silly.

I am so happy with my purchase. It looks amazing!!

I had an excellent experience working with MBPC. Max was extremely accommodating throughout the process and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. The build I ordered arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Max reached out almost immediately to let me know a part was on back order and worked with me to switch it so that we didn’t have to wait. The computer looks and performs great and I’m looking forward to many years of use. :)

Ordered a motherboard at the end of December in the hopes of completing my build before Christmas. Board showed up not 3 days later and exactly as described in the post. MBPC has a great team that helped me through the installation questions I had, I couldn't be happier with this company and will definitely use them in the future!

I purchased a mint-condition Nvidia 4090. However, one of the two fans was making a ticking noise. I mailed it back to Max, who fixed it promptly and sent it back. Max is communicative and responsive, and ensured signature-required shipping. I paid return shipping, which is reasonable for an item of this value.

I held off on writing this review to see how things played out. The GPU is now whisper-quiet and running as expected. I’m happy with the price, the customer service, and the final result. Trading in the secondary GPU market can be dicey, but I would purchase here again. I also did a trade-in of a 5080 with MBPC, got a good price, and the process was hassle-free. I felt better knowing I was selling to an expert.

Fast shipping the product 5080 GPU looked like new. I had to get a new cable hooked it all up and no sound I thought i knocked a wire lose, no so it must be the new GPU some how windows services turn off sound. Sound is back and the card works great
