I had a great experience with MBPC from start to finish. When they found out the 5090 GPU I ordered was unavailable, they proactively reached out and clearly laid out four different resolution options instead of leaving me guessing. Communication was prompt, transparent, and genuinely helpful.
I chose to swap my 5090 and also asked about upgrading my motherboard and moving to a specific 1300w PSU. MBPC confirmed the compatibility, quoted me for the upgrade I wanted, gave me a free motherboard upgrade for any inconveniences and only proceeded after getting my approval. No pressure, no surprises.

Bought a 7900xt and arrived quickly and safely! The card had some temp issues, but upon further research, it seems to be a super common issue with that model itself and required small tweaks on my end to fix it. Overall super happy with my experience with MBPC and would gladly pick something up from them in the future!
UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, was very gracious about extending the return period, BUT also gave me the necessary info to find the correct power cable. Card is working great. I do think the lack of cable should've been made clearer in the original listing (as well as the info to get the cable), hence 4 out of 5 stars, but the effort to correct the issue was exceptional. I will definitely purchase from here again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have no idea if the graphic card works, because it was sent without the necessary power cord to get it working. The 12 pin connector seems quite rare, and I'm having a rough time finding a matching cable. So, technically I just bought the *card* so I got what I paid for, but not sending a power cable along seems silly.

Great company! Clear tracking of package through Shopify/USPS. GPU arrived one day early and packaged carefully in an anti-static bag with lots of cushioning in the box. Good price on a used A5000 in excellent condition. Wanted a 4090 for the newer architecture w/ AI workloads but in this GPU market, the Nvidia A series is a much better value. If you can put up with the slower speed of Ampere and can find a used card at a good price (easier to do than finding a used 4090) the A5000 has better value atm than the 40 or 50 series. My next card will be an Ada or Blackwell workstation card.
Thanks to everyone at your company. Just a great experience from my initial questions to final delivery of an excellent PC build. It might be a while, but there's little doubt you guys will be my first option when I'm ready to upgrade. Thanks again!
P.S. I also dislike styrofoam, Max, but if Hyte is going to use it for shipping their cases, might as well get some extra mileage out of it.

The build I ordered arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Max reached out almost immediately to let me know a part was on back order and worked with me to switch it so that we didn’t have to wait. The computer looks and performs great and I’m looking forward to many years of use. :)
Was looking at ordering high end PC and the staff was awesome answering all my questions about the one i wanted prior to ordering and going over the specifics of it. They worked with me on customizing it and making sure everything was in order. Placed the order for the PC and when it arrived it was really well packaged and everything looked correct. Went through the build top to bottom and everything from the parts to cable management was done really well. Would definitely recommend to others.
Ordered a motherboard at the end of December in the hopes of completing my build before Christmas. Board showed up not 3 days later and exactly as described in the post. MBPC has a great team that helped me through the installation questions I had, I couldn't be happier with this company and will definitely use them in the future!
