Needed an immediate replacement for my desktop and the team at MBPC were able to work with me to overnight the used prebuilt (from NY to CA). The packing was secure minus the case power button 2-pin connector disconnecting from the mother board (expected possibility from any shipment). 10/10 recommend the team at MBPC for any PC builds/products.

The item was shipped out the next morning, and was scheduled to arrive as normal. However, the USPS made a mistake and forwarded my package to the wrong plant.

In the end, the item arrived, very well packaged, and exactly as expected, without the use of additional plastics.

I bought a new flagship 4090/9800X3D PC w/ warranty and a used 4070/R7 7745HS laptop from them and it's worked perfectly. Sent me the wrong charger for the laptop but I understand mistakes happen sometimes and they fixed the problem without additional cost. The communication is better than any company I've ever worked with and the packaging is hands down better than the official manufacturers I've bought from. They answered any technical questions I had perfectly and frequently. They even provided me with the windows powercfg battery report for the used laptop when I asked. I think there's enough packaging to withstand me smashing the box with a tungsten bat at full force and the electronics inside wouldn't have so much as a scratch.

My good ole zotac twin edge oc lhr had started to die recently and I needed a decently priced GPU at the last moment. Every 3080 ti was about 634 online, but then I found a Galax SG one click 3080 ti for only 499. And it works AMAZINGLY. Great condition, fast shipping. And great price! Especially in today's time. But these guys are life savers! The packaging was also grade a, and there's nothing to complain about on my end! I'm as happy as a clam as the old saying goes.

shipped within time but was simply thrown in the plastic shell the cpu comes in-in an envelope-in another envelope. I havent tested it yet, but id be surprised if it wasnt damaged-will update if i have to return it. Wouldnt purchase from them again due to packing concerns alone, inexcusable
Hey Alex! Thanks for addressing this. We ship most pin-less CPUs in their factory plastic clamshell, then wrapped multiple times in a thick bubble envelope before being placed inside a final plastic packaging bag. We find this method to be extremely secure and near impossible for postal workers to damage in transit.
