Purchased a used SN850X 4TB NVME SSD from this site, ran it through the usual checks and it was perfect. 100% health, minimal writes/reads, transfer speeds high as reported for the product, and is working well!

Ordered an Asus Prime X570 Pro motherboard, and decided to cancel almost immediately thinking I had another one that would work. Canceling was panless and almost immediate after reaching out.

Had issues that I tried to troubleshoot with the cpu I bought. MBPC accepted a return and replacement without hesitation. I then decided to trade in some parts to them to support the business! Fair prices, top notch customer service.
Ordered a ryzen 7 5800x (Used) from them. I was skeptical because the pricing was a lot lower than most but I got a deal lol. The cpu runs great with no BIOS or cooling problems.
The device (a used ROG Ally) is in perfect working order, as promised. However, the listing mentioned it included a charger- and while that's true, the charger was severely under the wattage required to power the device. I ended up having to buy a $30 charger with sufficient wattage. Otherwise a good experience with fast shipping.
12/10 experience. Excellent buying experience, communication was refreshing, accommodated part swap requests to reduce the build cost to something more in line with my budget, the pc showed up packaged extremely well, inside of a discrete box, everything worked without any issues when I fired it up for the first time. No bloatware. The build is gorgeous and cable management is clean. Best part of it all, I get to trade my old rig in, hassle free for a more than reasonable amount and applied that trade-in value to the new PC. Support this small business at all costs!
