Trading and Selling
At MBPC, you can trade in your tech for a discount toward any listings on our site. We strive to make the trade in process as quick and painless as possible. The operation is simple:
1) Obtain your free quote for your items here.
2) Complete checkout for your desired products through the store catalog.
3) After receiving your new product, package and ship your trade in to the mailing address provided in your quote. Please ship your trade in within 7 days of receiving your order from us. Include your trade in quote reference number (can be placed inside package, included on label, or written on box).
4) After your trade in is received, please allow up to 48 hours before your refund is submitted. You may choose to be paid via refund to your original payment method (default), Paypal, Zelle, or Cashapp.
If you wish to accept the cash offer instead of trading toward another item, you may send your items to the mailing address provided as soon as you receive your quote.
You can trade in any items that fit within the categories listed in our for sale section. This includes PCs, laptops, game consoles, monitors, PC components, tablets, PC peripherals, etc.
At MBPC, due to the large variety of trade ins that are accepted, we do not provide a prepaid label or box for your trade in. We compensate for this by guaranteeing the highest trade in values of any online trade in program. This also allows you the freedom to choose whichever shipping carrier you prefer most. We officially endorse pirateship.com if you will be purchasing a shipping label online. They provide significant savings on shipping labels for USPS and UPS.
We recommend you package the trade ins with at least 2" of cushioning material on all sides of the product, and ensure that it is not free to shift around in the box when shaken. This will ensure safety during transit.

We always recommend purchasing insurance when shipping your package, no matter how thoroughly they are packed. This ensures you will be covered in case of damage or package loss during transit.
You will be paid for your trade in after your item is received and tests as fully functional. This testing and processing period generally takes under 24 hours, but can take up to 48 hours depending on the item. If 48 hours have passed since your item has been delivered and you have not received an update, please message us directly either through the live chat feature, your trade in quote email, or the support section on the website.
For receiving payment, you may choose from the following options: Refund to your original payment method, Paypal, Zelle, or Cashapp.
Your payment preference is noted when you submit your trade in quote request form.
Every quote request form will provide you with a price for trade in credit and for cash.

When you ship your trade in, you will be given a tracking number which will let you track the location of your trade in. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing after your trade in has been delivered. A payment confirmation email will be sent when you have been paid for your trade in.
If 48 hours have passed since your item has been delivered and you have not received an update, please message us directly either through the live chat feature, your trade in quote email, or the support section on the website.
All trade in quotes are good for 7 days from the day they are given. If this time passes and you wish to receive a new quote, simply submit another request form.
If the quoted amount for your trade ins exceeds the purchase price of your new items, you will still receive the same quoted amount. If your trade in quote is $500 and you purchase an item for $200, you will still receive a $500 payment for your trade ins. In this scenario, your payout will have to be through Paypal, Cashapp, or Zelle instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Purchases and General FAQ
All products sold are shipped fully insured and 100% guaranteed to arrive in fully functional condition and as described. If a product arrives damaged, non-functional, or otherwise not as described, you may return it for a full refund.
All new PCs include a 1-year parts warranty. If any component fails within this time period, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
We do not offer an extended warranty for any used or open box products. However, we are always happy to offer free support and troubleshooting for all products.
All of our PCs ship fully assembled. We use a combination of heavy duty component brackets and/or instant expanding foam packs to secure the internals. You will not need any technical expertise or installation knowledge. You will need to remove any internal expanding packaging foam from the tower before powering on.
We offer a variety of short and long term financing options through PayPal, Shop Pay installments, and more. Eligibility is generally determined based on credit worthiness. You can apply for these payment plan options during checkout. Applying is free and has no impact to your credit score.

Yes they are. All products listed are photographed and stored on our property-- we are not a dropshipping service. We want to ensure that you know exactly what you are getting. For this reason, we never use any stock images and provide only photographs taken of the actual items in our inventory.
Yes they are. All items that get listed on our site go through a thorough inspection process to ensure they are 100% fully functional and ready for you to enjoy before they get listed. Products that are sealed in box are an exception. These will remain sealed until you open them.
