Fast shipping the product 5080 GPU looked like new. I had to get a new cable hooked it all up and no sound I thought i knocked a wire lose, no so it must be the new GPU some how windows services turn off sound. Sound is back and the card works great

Incredibly fast turn around time/shipping. Parts were genuine, worked right out of the box. Came very well padded/protected. Included all of the individual component boxes and accessories/manuals for warranty coverage ect. Price was very reasonable for a prebuilt. Windows was already installed. Though i’ve built several computers in the past I just had no desire this time .By the time I parted out a build of my own the price was basically same. Also came with a founders edition card which I couldn’t find out in the wild. will absolutely buy from this builder again in the future. Did have some thermal concerns due to the small form factor case but adjusted the fan curves and now all good.
The product was like new. I just got it for Christmas and I not use it much yet. But it looks new and everything works on it. Highly recommend.
