Refund policy

All products sold by MBPC are shipped fully insured and 100% guaranteed to arrive in fully functional condition and as described. If a product arrives damaged, non-functional, or otherwise not as described, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 14-days of the delivery date.

All new PCs include a 2-year parts and labor warranty. If any component fails within this time period, please reach out to us directly for repair, replacement, or refund.

You may cancel any order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Orders cancelled after being shipped may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We do not offer an extended warranty for any used products beyond our initial 14-day return period. However, many manufacturer warranties are transferable. Please inquire with the specific manufacturer about their warranty policy. We are always happy to offer free support and troubleshooting for all products.

RTX 5090, Ryzen 9800X3D Gaming PC

I had a great experience with MBPC from start to finish. When they found out the 5090 GPU I ordered was unavailable, they proactively reached out and clearly laid out four different resolution options instead of leaving me guessing. Communication was prompt, transparent, and genuinely helpful.

I chose to swap my 5090 and also asked about upgrading my motherboard and moving to a specific 1300w PSU. MBPC confirmed the compatibility, quoted me for the upgrade I wanted, gave me a free motherboard upgrade for any inconveniences and only proceeded after getting my approval. No pressure, no surprises.

What really stood out was the support after the hardware decisions and payment were done. They provided clear setup advice, answered my many questions, and even walked me through fan and pump control along with case pressure recommendations. Great Deals and a Terrific Experience

Bought a 7900xt and arrived quickly and safely! The card had some temp issues, but upon further research, it seems to be a super common issue with that model itself and required small tweaks on my end to fix it. I purchased a mint-condition Nvidia 4090

I purchased a mint-condition Nvidia 4090. However, one of the two fans was making a ticking noise. I mailed it back to Max, who fixed it promptly and sent it back. Max is communicative and responsive, and ensured signature-required shipping. I paid return shipping, which is reasonable for an item of this value.

I held off on writing this review to see how things played out. The GPU is now whisper-quiet and running as expected. I’m happy with the price, the customer service, and the final result. Trading in the secondary GPU market can be dicey, but I would purchase here again. I also did a trade-in of a 5080 with MBPC, got a good price, and the process was hassle-free. I felt better knowing I was selling to an expert.

Fast shipping the product 5080 GPU looked like new. I had to get a new cable hooked it all up and no sound I thought i knocked a wire lose, no so it must be the new GPU some how windows services turn off sound. Sound is back and the card works great
