In trying to order an SSD, I forgot to put the discount code that I got from reddit at checkout. So I went to the chat portal to ask if they could apply it to my existing order or if I could just cancel and re-order, and the rep (who was the site owner) applied the discount within 5 minutes!
He showed me the changes to the order and everything. Would highly recommend simply for that level of customer service!

The PC I ordered looked even better in person than in the pictures. Great communication, and they even upgraded the ram to stick with the original shipping window since the original ram wasn't in stock. I will 100% continue to order from MBPC for all future PC's
I was able to get my hands on a MSI Claw 8 from here at an amazing price when everywhere else was out of stock or way overpriced. Opened box never used with an increase in storage space to 2TB. Max was able to answer all my questions in very fast time. And when there was a delay in priority mail he upgraded it at no additional cost so got my hands on it quicker than actually expected. Everything came as advertised and couldn't be happier. I will absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to buy what they offer. I know I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them you wont be disappointed.
