Communication was a 10/10, even after purchasing and having a few questions and delivery was super fast even though the usual shipping is 1-2 weeks. Pc arrived just as expected, had to download a few softwares and update drivers but the pc looks how it was exactly advertised. Highly recommend spending a pretty penny on MBPC rather than getting a meh looking pc from a different company or trying to build your own
Was definitely hesitant and skeptical at first considering I’ve never heard of mbpc’s before but after some research and a few reddit posts later everything checked out so I went ahead and ordered a ryzen cpu. Everything went smoothly and I did receive my item in 6 days which was nice, definitely recommend

Max has been extremely helpful even prior to us purchasing a prebuilt PC. We received the PC earlier than the expected date and it was packaged in a double box with instapak on the inside of the PC. It arrived in perfect condition and Max responded promptly to any questions we have had which was super helpful! All time low price on a top tier new SSD, with great customer service! When I mentioned to their customer service that the shipping is taking longer than anticipated, not because I thought it was their fault but to let them know in general, they were kind enough to offer me a store credit to use next time around for sharing that with them.
